Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By joining the Here In Gwinnett network ("the Network"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not join. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Here In Gwinnett. "You" refers to the member.

2. Membership & Payment

  • Membership is billed monthly via Stripe. Your price is locked at your signup rate for as long as you remain an active member.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
  • If you cancel and rejoin, you will be charged the current rate at the time of rejoining.

3. Member Obligations

  • Accept collab invites: You agree to accept Instagram collab invites sent by Here In Gwinnett within 48 hours of receiving them. Consistent non-acceptance may result in removal from the Network without refund.
  • Allow one post per month: By joining, you grant Here In Gwinnett permission to publish one co-authored Instagram collab post per month to your account using your connected access token.
  • Maintain an eligible account: Your Instagram account must be a Business or Creator account connected to a Facebook Page to participate. Personal accounts are not supported.
  • Comply with Meta policies: You are responsible for ensuring your account remains in good standing with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Content

Here In Gwinnett creates all collab post content (captions, images, and creative). By accepting a collab invite, you approve that content for co-publication. If you have concerns about specific content, contact us before accepting. Posts that have already been accepted and published cannot be removed by Here In Gwinnett — you may remove them directly from your Instagram account.

5. Account Access & Token Use

You authorize Here In Gwinnett to use your Meta access token exclusively for the purpose of publishing collab posts and refreshing the token before expiration. We will not use your token for any other purpose. You may revoke access at any time through Facebook's App Settings, which will terminate your ability to participate in the Network.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any member from the Network at our discretion, including for non-acceptance of collab invites, violation of these terms, or conduct detrimental to the Network or its members. In such cases, your subscription will be cancelled and no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Network is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific follower growth, engagement rates, or business outcomes. Here In Gwinnett is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Network, including any actions taken by Meta or Instagram on your account.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes via Instagram DM or SMS. Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
