1. Who We Are
Here In Gwinnett ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website hereingwinnett.com and the Here In Gwinnett creator collab network. We are based in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Questions can be directed to us via Instagram DM at @hereingwinnett.
2. Information We Collect
- Instagram account data: When you connect your Instagram account via Meta OAuth, we collect your Instagram User ID, username, and a long-lived access token to manage collab posts on your behalf.
- Payment information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We receive a Stripe Customer ID and subscription status.
- Phone number: Provided during onboarding for SMS collab reminders via Twilio.
- Usage data: We store records of collabs, matching history, and engagement metrics to improve matching quality.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To match you with compatible local creators for Instagram collab posts.
- To publish collab posts to Instagram on your behalf using your access token.
- To send SMS reminders about pending collab invites.
- To process and manage your subscription payments.
- To improve our matching algorithm and network quality.
4. Data Storage
Member data is stored in Airtable, a cloud-based database. Your Instagram access token is stored securely and used only to post collabs and refresh itself before expiration. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Meta / Instagram Permissions
We request the following Meta permissions: instagram_basic, pages_show_list, and pages_read_engagement. These are used solely to identify your Instagram account and manage collaborative posts. You can revoke access at any time through your Facebook account's App Settings.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by DMing us on Instagram @hereingwinnett. Upon request, we will delete your member record, revoke stored tokens, and cancel your subscription within 5 business days.
7. Cookies
We use a short-lived, HTTP-only cookie solely to protect the Meta OAuth flow against CSRF attacks. This cookie expires within 10 minutes and contains no personal information. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via Instagram DM or SMS. Continued use of the network after changes constitutes acceptance.
